Can I change my options or selections after they're chosen?
If you change your mind about some of the options you've selected, or if you want to add more options, fill out a Request for Change Order and submit it with a check for $100 made out to Beacon Hill Townes. Application fee is not refundable. Changes might not be possible due to the construction schedule, and, if granted, will be priced higher than the original quote.
Can I cancel my purchase contract?
If you cancel your contract, your escrow deposit with be returned to you only for the reasons stated in the contract.
Will you wait for me to sell my current house?
We regret we cannot accept contract contingent on the sale of another property.
Can I visit my house while it's under construction?
Most Beacon Hill town homes are near completion. If you purchase a home that
is still under construction, we will conduct two walk-throughs: one at the
framing stage, so you can check the location of outlets, fixtures, and other
features before the walls are covered; the second at 10 days before closing
so you can look over everything. Federal safety guidelines prohibit unaccompanied
visitors on a construction work site.
