Appliance Upgrades
In order to offer the lowest possible prices, we regret our agreement with our supplier does not allow us to offer appliance upgrades; however, customers may order, directly from Perry's Appliance, Inc. the complete appliance package listed under "standard features" and add their upgrades. Customers then take an $1,100 appliance allowance and pay the remainder directly to Perry's. This offer is not open to other suppliers.
Changes to the purchase agreement requested later than 5 days after contract signing must be submitted on a Request for Change Order and accompanied by a check for $100 made out to Beacon Hill Townes. Application fee is non-refundable. Late requests might not be granted, depending on the progress of construction. Prices of options requested past the 5-day limit will be higher than those stated above.
