Receipt of HOA Documents / Square Footage Addendum

By signing my name below, I acknowledge the following:

1. Receipt of Homeowners' Association Documents

I acknowledge that on this day, _______________________________ (date), I received a copy of the Beacon Hill Homeowners' Association By-Laws, The Beacon Hill Protective Covenants and Restrictions, and the Beacon Hill Homeowners' Association current budget.

I further understand that I have three days from this date to review these documents. During the next three days from this date, I may void my purchase contract if these documents contain conditions unacceptable to me.

2. Square Footage / Assignment of Contract / Contract Changes

I acknowledge that all representations in regard to square footage and dimensions are approximate and are not warranted.

Additionally, I acknowledge that this purchase contract cannot be assigned to any other parties without the written consent of the Seller.

Finally, I understand and agree that all additions or changes to any part of this contract must be in writing and be signed by the Beacon Hill Townes project manager in order to be honored.

3. Trash Collection

I acknowledge that trash collection is billed from the city with your water service UNLESS the property is on one of Beacon Hill's private streets (Victorian Village Drive, Old Richmond Circle, Frost Place or Poets Corner). If the property is on a private street, trash collection is billed yearly with the property's Home Owners Association dues.
