Purchasers' Guidelines
Beacon Hill Townes specializes in making the purchase of your first home easy as well as special. We're with you every step of the way.
| Step 1. | Find out how much house you can afford. Visit your banker or a mortgage lender and ask "How large a mortgage do I quality for?" You'll be given a Pre-qualification Letter stating the amount and type of financing. |
| Step 2. | Pick out the Beacon Hill townhome you like. Do you need two bedrooms or three? Is a garage or basement in your price range? |
| Step 3. | Sign a purchase contract. Your contract is not complete until you've provided the following: 1) Pre-qualification Letter, including type of financing, and 2) an escrow deposit of $1,000 |
| Step 4. | Select your carpet, cabinets, and other features. After the purchase contract is finalized, visit the sales office to make your selections. |
| Step 5. | Check out your new townhome. Just before you sign the papers for your home (we call it "closing"), we'll walk you through it to check out all the features. At the same time, we'll teach you how to operate and maintain your new home. |
